VCT Masters: s0pp's Jett dominates at lightning speed, FUT sweeps FS 2-0

The Valorant London Masters Swiss stage opener saw FUT sweep FS 2-0, placing FUT into the 1-0 group.

Map 1: Fracture

Defense FUT: Jett, Raze, Brimstone, Cypher, Fade

Attack FS: Phoenix, Fade, Brimstone, Cypher, Neon

FUT started the first half by winning the pistol round. In FS's bonus round, FUT pulled off a 5-for-3 trade, killing three enemies with rifles. Round 4 saw FS secure the A site, with killua taking out three opponents from behind to claim the round.

In round 5, FUT correctly stacked A and caught FS off guard. Then xeus and s0pp rotated back to B for a retake, securing a comeback round for FUT.

FUT executed two perfect team wipes in a row. Even after FS bought rifles again, they could not break through FUT's defense. s0pp's Jett put on a show in round 9, earning a quad kill.

FS struggled to take control of A long on their attack. s0pp applied immense pressure defending A. The gap in aim, strategy, and in-game decisions was massive. FUT went on a six-round winning streak, finishing the first half with 9 rounds.

After the side swap, FUT's attack easily dismantled FS. s0pp once again showcased Jett's flashy plays, and FUT took four straight rounds to close out Map 1.

Map 2: Lotus

Defense FUT: Sova, Jett, Cypher, Omen, Harbor

Attack FS: Fade, Phoenix, Neon, Omen, Chamber

FUT won the pistol round in the first half, but FS grouped up and managed to eco-round a comeback, stealing a round.

In round 4, FUT focused their defense on C site. FS made a mistake while checking garage, allowing FUT to win the defensive engagement.

In round 7, s0pp with his Operator pushed forward at C site and caught FS's Omen. He then rotated to A site, leading the charge and drawing fire for his teammates, easily retaking and winning the round.

FUT achieved a nine-round winning streak, completely dominating the game.

After the swap, FS won the pistol round and clawed back two rounds. In FUT's bonus round, they quickly pushed into C site, secured the bombsite, and held off FS's retake with ease.

In round 17, FUT rushed A site and overpowered FS with direct firepower. In round 20, xeus solo lurked A while yetujey infiltrated B to flank, securing the round. FUT won Map 2 13-7.
