Team Flash PUBG Mobile proudly advances to the Grand Finals of EWC 2026

Team Flash once again makes Vietnam proud in PUBG Mobile, securing a direct spot in the Grand Finals of the 2026 PUBG Mobile World Cup. The Vietnamese team ended the group stage as Top 4 in Group A, showcasing a remarkable surge on the crucial day of competition.

Team Flash makes a spectacular comeback on the final day

After 12 intense matches in the PMWC 2026 group stage, Team Flash accumulated 89 points, finishing 4th in Group A. The Vietnamese team earned 58 elimination points, achieved two Top 2 finishes, and secured one Winner Winner Chicken Dinner.

This result placed Team Flash among the top 5 teams in Group A, thus earning a direct ticket to the Grand Finals without having to enter the Survival Stage.

Notably, the gap between Team Flash and the teams above them was extremely narrow. The Vietnamese representative was just 1 point behind Aurora Gaming and 2 points behind Orangutan, demonstrating their high competitiveness in a group featuring many strong names.

From 7th place, they climbed straight into the Top 4

Team Flash actually did not have a favorable start. After the first six matches, the "Orange Lightning" had only 38 points and was temporarily in 7th place, outside the direct-qualification group.

The turning point came in round 4 on the Erangel map, where Team Flash won the WWCD and earned 20 points. This victory helped the Vietnamese team keep their hopes alive heading into the second match day.

In the final six matches, Team Flash showed a completely different side. Although they did not win another WWCD, the team consistently accumulated points thanks to proactive engagements, smart zone control, and maintaining stability throughout each round.

A total of 58 points were Team Flash earned on the second match day, allowing them to rise from 7th place to Top 4 and complete a spectacular breakthrough.

The Vietnamese representative is ready to compete for the championship

The Grand Finals of the 2026 PUBG Mobile World Cup are scheduled to take place from August 14 to 16, with 16 participating teams. Among them, 10 teams have direct tickets from the group stage and 6 teams advanced from the Survival Stage.

The finals will consist of a maximum of 18 matches, and the last day will apply the Smash Rule, making the championship race even more unpredictable.

From being the Vietnam champion, the Southeast Asia champion, to finishing Top 4 in the World Cup group stage, Team Flash is showing that Vietnamese PUBG Mobile is fully capable of competing with the world's top teams.
