The LPL Summer Playoffs are down to the last two BO5s. Dark horses NIP and LGD have already been eliminated. NIP's top laner has left the team, and a major roster rebuild is expected next year. As for LGD, they still have a spot in the Demacia Cup, so after a short break, they'll likely recall their players to prepare. After Crisp was knocked out, he started streaming at fans' request, and during the broadcast, he dropped several big bombshells.

First, during the transfer period, Weibo once tried to recruit TheShy. At the time, Crisp was watching WBG's matches and felt that top laner Zika was a bit weak, so he suggested to management, "Why don't you go and bring Brother Jiang back?" And Weibo actually did reach out, but TheShy made it clear he would only return to IG. In hindsight, it's lucky that TheShy rejected the offer, because otherwise they wouldn't even have made it out of the "Nirvana Group." WBG's problems can't be solved by just swapping out the top laner.

It's said that Weibo will undergo a major reshuffle next year. Management has already set its sights on Guo Hao (TES manager). So the earlier rumors about TES disbanding weren't unfounded. If JackeyLove stops playing, Guo Hao might indeed leave the team. There's also news that WBG's bot lane duo has already left. ELK has hurt his own value this year, so it might be hard for him to join a top team next year. However, AL considering him would be a good fit.

Next, Crisp revealed that Light has already gone offline (retired). This was somewhat expected. Last year when he was still competing, Light said he wouldn't play next year. At the time, he even suggested to management to replace him, but the club insisted he finish the season. Crisp mentioned that Light has a strong sense of pride and the constant criticism hit him hard. Some teams reached out this year, but Light doesn't want to return and won't even stream. He seems truly done with the scene.

Then Crisp talked about scrims. Before being eliminated, LGD played many practice matches against LCK teams. But every time they finished scrims, the LCK team would be eliminated the next day, earning LGD the nickname "LCK Killers." Crisp said that during scrims with BFX (likely a typo for BLG or another team), they played top lane Kaisa and won. The next day, that team actually picked it in an official match, but ended up being reverse swept by ShowMaker (Xu) and sent home.

Finally, during the stream, Crisp gave a sharp critique of his former teammate Tian. He openly complained, "Tian is not a good person. No matter what he says, there's always hidden meaning. He likes to be sarcastic and passive-aggressive." Before their playoff match, Crisp chatted with Tian, but after the match, Tian ignored him for three days. When he finally replied, his first words were to attack Crisp. When Crisp told him to do well in the Regional Qualifiers, Tian just shot back, "Keep trolling."

Crisp said he rarely trolls others, but he's often misunderstood. He just wanted to offer encouragement, but got misinterpreted instead. He feels it's tough. As former world champion teammates, Crisp and Tian have a good relationship—otherwise, they wouldn't still be in touch. But Tian's personality is indeed a bit sensitive. And the key point: he himself loves to troll others, but when he's the target, he can't take it.

Crisp putting Tian's behavior out in the open like that could mean one of two things: either they're really close and he's just joking around on stream, or there's genuine frustration and things are about to get ugly. The former is more likely, since they won a championship together and have stayed in contact over the years. Their relationship probably isn't as strained as Doinb and Tian's. Still, Crisp's assessment really hit the nail on the head.

Crisp really is the league's oracle—he knows everything. During the stream, someone asked about LGD's DOTA 2 player being banned. Crisp immediately revealed that the banned player recently received a mysterious deposit of dollars in his phone, which a teammate saw and reported. Even the DOTA drama he knows about—Crisp is truly legendary.
