Team Vice Captain Nguyen Phong Hong Duy has just reached a memorable milestone: 100 matches wearing the Steel Blue Nam Dinh jersey, marking his persistent journey and significant contributions to the Nam city team.

Nguyen Phong Hong Duy joined Steel Blue Nam Dinh Club at the beginning of 2023. In his 100 appearances, this left-wing defender helped the team secure 56 victories and 26 draws – numbers that clearly reflect Hong Duy's stabilizing role in the lineup. Not only solid on the flank, he also left a professional mark with the title of Best Goal of March 2025.

At the collective level, Hong Duy played a major role in the brilliant success phase of the Thanh Nam team in the V-Leaguearena, as Nam Dinh consecutively crowned the 2023/24 and 2024/25 seasons.
